For pickups at Fiumicino Airport, we monitor your flight and include up to 60 minutes of free waiting time from the actual landing time. If you request further waiting and we can accommodate it, Executive Sedan waiting costs €30 per hour (€15 for each started 30-minute period); Premium Minivan waiting costs €40 per hour (€20 for each started 30-minute period). Minibus and bus waiting rates are quoted on request.

Please tell us promptly about any flight delay. If your flight is delayed by more than 2 hours compared with its scheduled arrival, we may reschedule your transfer with the first available vehicle to avoid disrupting other scheduled services. We will confirm the revised pickup arrangements with you. Flight delay before landing does not use up the 60 minutes of included waiting time after landing.

Executive Sedan: Up to 3 passengers with standard luggage.
Premium Minivan: Options for up to 8 passengers, with the vehicle selected according to passenger count and luggage.
Minibus & Coach Bus: Dedicated options for medium and large groups, subject to availability.

For 7 or 8 passengers, extra suitcases or bulky items, a Van XL or additional vehicle may be required. Tell us the number and size of your bags so we can confirm a suitable vehicle and quote.

Payment and cancellation

Pay in advance by secure payment link or bank transfer, by prior arrangement, or pay your driver on the day by card or cash in euros. Travel agencies and tour operators can arrange payment on behalf of their clients. Prices and payments are in euros (EUR).

Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the service. For cancellations within 48 hours, the full booking amount is due. If your cruise ship does not dock at Civitavecchia, no charge applies.
