Included waiting: airport 60 minutes from actual landing; port / ship 30 minutes from the agreed pickup; hotels and other addresses 20 minutes from the agreed pickup. The driver must be at the meeting point. A revised pickup is agreed if the ship is delayed. Extra waiting only if available, requested and with duration and price agreed beforehand.

Payment and cancellation

Pay in advance by secure payment link or bank transfer, by prior arrangement, or pay your driver on the day by card or cash in euros. Travel agencies and tour operators can arrange payment on behalf of their clients. Prices and payments are in euros (EUR).

For a confirmed service, cancellation is free with at least 24 hours’ notice before the agreed pickup; with less than 24 hours’ notice, 100% of the agreed fare is due. Cancel by email to info@taxicivitavecchia.com or WhatsApp at +39 320 347 2348: the time we receive your message applies (Italian local time). If your ship cannot dock at Civitavecchia due to bad weather, an itinerary change or technical issues, no charge applies; notify us as soon as the cruise line announces this.

A no-show may be recorded only if the driver is at the agreed meeting point, the included waiting time (and any agreed extension) has elapsed, the passenger has not arrived, and attempts to contact the passenger by phone and/or WhatsApp have not resulted in an agreed pickup. 100% of the agreed fare is due, with no additional waiting penalty. The end of free waiting time does not automatically trigger a charge.

Pagamento e cancellazione

Puoi pagare in anticipo tramite link di pagamento sicuro o bonifico bancario, previo accordo, oppure direttamente all’autista il giorno del servizio con carta o contanti in euro. Agenzie di viaggio e tour operator possono organizzare il pagamento per conto dei propri clienti. Prezzi e pagamenti sono in euro (EUR). La conferma della prenotazione indica le modalità concordate.

Per un servizio confermato, cancellazione gratuita con almeno 24 ore di preavviso rispetto al prelievo concordato; con meno di 24 ore è dovuto il 100% della tariffa concordata. Invia la cancellazione a info@taxicivitavecchia.com oppure via WhatsApp al +39 320 347 2348: fa fede l’orario di ricezione (ora italiana). Se la nave non può attraccare a Civitavecchia per maltempo, cambio di itinerario o problemi tecnici, nessun addebito; avvisaci appena la compagnia lo comunica.

Attesa inclusa: aeroporto 60 minuti dall’atterraggio effettivo; porto / sotto bordo 30 minuti dal prelievo concordato; hotel e altri indirizzi 20 minuti dal prelievo concordato. L’autista deve essere presente al punto di incontro. In caso di ritardo della nave si concorda l’orario aggiornato. Attesa extra solo se disponibile, richiesta e con durata e prezzo approvati prima.

Può essere registrata solo se l’autista è presente al punto concordato, è trascorsa l’attesa inclusa (ed eventualmente quella aggiuntiva concordata), il passeggero non si presenta e i tentativi di contatto telefonico e/o WhatsApp non consentono di concordare il prelievo. È dovuto il 100% della tariffa concordata, senza aggiungere una penale di attesa. La semplice scadenza dell’attesa gratuita non genera automaticamente un addebito.
