Continue your journey from Civitavecchia Cruise Port to Roma Termini or Roma Tiburtina without changing trains or carrying your suitcases between services. Your driver meets you at the agreed cruise terminal and takes your group to the station entrance or accessible drop-off point. Transfers from either station to Civitavecchia Port are also available.
Rome Termini Station
Arrange a direct private transfer to Roma Termini for your onward train. Tell us your train number and departure time so we can agree a suitable pickup time and allow time to reach your platform.
Rome Tiburtina Station
Travel directly to Roma Tiburtina with a vehicle reserved for your party. Check the station printed on your rail ticket and include it in your request: Termini and Tiburtina are different stations.
Stations to cruise port
For the return direction, share your train number, arrival time, cruise ship and boarding deadline. We agree the station meeting point before your transfer and take you to the cruise terminal.
Private transfer prices
Fixed totals per vehicle for a one-way transfer between Civitavecchia Port and Roma Termini or Roma Tiburtina:
- Premium Minivan, up to 6 passengers: €265 per vehicle, one way.
- Executive Sedans (1–3 passengers), XL Minivans (7–8 passengers), minibuses and coaches: price on request.
Highway tolls, parking and luggage assistance are included in the confirmed transport price. Additional stops or a sightseeing transfer are quoted separately. Your booking is confirmed after we check the route, luggage and vehicle availability.
One 8-seat van can accommodate up to 8 passengers, 8 large suitcases and 8 cabin trolleys. Larger luggage requirements need a tailored vehicle arrangement. Tell us about wheelchairs, strollers and oversized items when requesting your quote.

Pickup is agreed around your ship’s disembarkation and your train departure. Traffic, port procedures and the time needed to reach the platform can vary. Send the train details before finalising your pickup time.
